is a full-service transportation provider for the health care industry.

Offering wheel chair van service along with both basic and advanced life support ambulances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year,  New England Ambulance is one of the largest and most reputable ambulance services in the state of Rhode Island.  New England Ambulance  is the only one to call for health care professionals and individuals requiring specialized and caring medical transportation.

 

Q. Will I have a co-pay for the services that you provide?

A. That depends on the insurance company and plan that  you have.

Q. Can I be transported to the hospital of my choice?

A. We can transport you to any local hospital of your choice unless a life or death emergency exists, then by protocol you must be transported to the closest hospital emergency room.

Q. Can I use an ambulance to go to the doctors office?

A. Some doctors offices cannot accommodate a stretcher. Also, most insurance companies do not pay for ambulance transportation to a doctors office, leaving you with a large bill.

New England Ambulance is chosen by Hasbro Children's Hospital to be it's Pediatric Intensive Care Unit's Ambulance Provider.

New England Ambulance has been chosen by Rhode Island Disaster Initiative (RIDI), a specialized Disaster Response Team, and Critical Care Transport Team based at Rhode Island Hospital, to be it's Ambulance Service Provider.


New England Ambulance was chosen for the lead EMS role in numerous events such as:
2001 National Governors' Convention

2001-present  National Guard Air show at Quonset 

2000, 2001 Gravity Games

2003 National Fraternal Order of Police Convention

2002,2003,2004 Ocean State Marathon
 

New England Ambulance has started its 3rd  3 year contact with the State of Rhode Island to provide ambulance transportation for our Veterans residing at the Rhode Island Veterans Home in Bristol.
